Q- In a patient of acute limb ischemia, which of the following is having worst  prognosis? 

             A. Pain 

             B. Pallor

             C. Pulselessness 

             D. Paralysis

Explain:- The traditional 5 P's of acute ischemia in a limb (ie, pain, paresthesia, pallor, pulselessness, poikilothermia) are not clinically reliable; they may manifest only in the late stages of compartment syndrome, by which time extensive and irreversible soft tissue damage may have taken place. In case of acute limb ischemia the worst prognosis would be pulselessness, however in case of compartment syndrome paralysis show worst prognosis

Explain:- For ovarian cyst in young female size less than 5 cm then nothing to be done, Surgery is indicated for cyst size more than 7cm. So at this level observation and follow up should be done.But in case of menopausal woman ovarian cyst first CA-125 should be done.
