Cirsoid aneurysm:
• Rare arterio-venous fistulas of the scalp and extremities.
• Develop due to an abnormal arteriovenous connection to the superficial veins.

• In 90% cases, superficial temporal artery is the main supply to the fistula.
• Treatment options include endovascular occlusion, surgical resection or direct injection of sclerosing agents.
